Road Service Reimbursement - If AAA Road Services is not available and you obtain service from a non-AAA facility, you are entitled to reimbursement consistent with AAA contract rates. (This will generally not equal your private garage charge). Except for certain toll roads*, you must make every effort to secure AAA Road Services first. *Some toll roads provide their own emergency road services and will not permit AAA to come to your assistance. In some of these cases, your membership card will be accepted in lieu of payment. Otherwise, this form may be used for reimbursement. All applications must be received within 60 days of service and must include the ORIGINAL paid receipt to be eligible for reimbursement consideration.

Premier Battery Reimbursement - Should service, or a substitution not be available, you may submit your request for reimbursement consideration up to $125. You must make every effort to contact AAA to request battery replacement service, through AAA Roadside Assistance, prior to proceeding with a replacement on your own. AAA reserves the right to decline reimbursement if proper process is not followed. Please submit the original receipt & Battery test Slip within 60 days of the date of replacement. (Originals will be returned upon request.) Does not apply to RV, motorcycle or other specialty batteries.
